What insurance do you accept?

We proudly serve Medi-Cal members. Please bring your Medi-Cal card to your appointment.

Do I have to leave my primary care doctor (PCP)?

No, absolutely not. We are partners with your PCP. We provide supplemental care when you can’t get an appointment and send all your visit notes to your doctor to ensure your care is perfectly coordinated.

What is whole-person care?

Whole-person care means we look at the complete picture of your health. This includes your physical health, your mental or behavioral health, and your social needs (like food and housing). We work to coordinate all these pieces to help you be truly well.

What is the Metabolic Health program?

It’s our Food as Medicine program designed to help you prevent or manage conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure through nutrition. It’s integrated with your medical care and, for eligible members, is closely supported by an OverSightMD Enhanced Care Manager.

What is Enhanced Care Management (ECM)?

ECM is a benefit for Medi-Cal members with complex needs. Through our partner, OverSightMD Inc., it provides you with a personal care manager to help you coordinate all your appointments, find community resources, and navigate the health care system.

When should I go to the ER instead of your clinic?

You must go to the nearest Emergency Room or call 911 for any life-threatening condition. This includes chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or major injuries.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We strongly encourage appointments to guarantee your time. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but scheduled appointments have priority.

How does OverSightHealth coordinate with other healthcare providers?

We work closely with your existing healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care, sharing necessary information to support your health journey.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your Medi-Cal card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records to help us provide the best care possible.
